Maximum Income for $50 Fee:
  • $23,340 for individuals
  • $31,460 for families with 2 persons in the family unit
  • $39,580 for families with 3 persons in the family unit
  • $47,700 for families with 4 persons in the family unit
  • Add $8,120 for each additional person in the family unit for families with 5 or more persons

Maximum Income for $65 Fee:
  • $29,175 for individuals
  • $39,325 for families with 2 persons in the family unit
  • $49,475 for families with 3 persons in the family unit
  • $59,625 for families with 4 persons in the family unit
  • Add $10,150 for each additonal person in the family unit for families with 5 or more persons

Maximum Income for $80 Fee:
  • $35,010 for individuals
  • $47,190 for families with 2 persons in the family unit
  • $59,370 for families with 3 persons in the family unit
  • $71,550 for families with 4 persons in the family unit
  • Add $12,180 for each additional person in the family unit for families with 5 or more persons
